SHIPPING INFO:
We ship anywhere in the U.S. and our shipping service is the US Postal Service.
USPS orders are processed within two to three business days from the order date. In our experience, the US Postal Service is pretty reliable with most orders arriving within a few days of shipping.
First Class is the cheapest but there is no way to track the package or confirm delivery. Once the package is shipped, it is considered as delivered.
Priority Mail is our recommended shipment method and package will be tracked by the USPS from pickup through delivery. Priority Mail generally arrives within 3-5 days of shipment. None of the USPS mailing methods guarantee delivery dates. If you're in a hurry to get your order, contact us about using another carrier.

Make sure that your ship to address is correct as we are not responsible for lost packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the USPS.
Returns Any product purchased from Kids Clothes USA can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date for an exchange or a full refund of the price of the merchandise (shipping excluded.) Expenses for shipping the merchandise back are paid by the customer, unless the reason for exchange or return is due to an error by Kids Clothes USA(e.g. wrong item/color).
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unwashed & unused, with the original tags on it. Please email a quick note explaining why you wish to make the return and our staff will send you instructions on how to process the return.

For refunds, your PayPal account will be credited upon receipt of the returned product. We refund the price of the product, including taxes, but not including shipping. If you are returning a product that was purchased during a promotional period of Free Shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
For exchanges, a replacement order will be shipped out once the goods to be exchanged have been received. Please e-mail us for instructions as noted above.
Items Lost in the Mail
All packages shipped by USPS priority mail will have a delivery confirmation number issued by the USPS. If your package is not delivered, it should bounce back to us. Due to the low cost of our items, we do not purchase insurance.
Please be aware that our merchandise is one of a kind, meaning that we only stock one of each item, therefore the merchandise can not be replaced.
